U.S. Senator Bob Corker, R-Tenn., honored Veterans Day, Friday, November 11, at the Hardeman County Veterans Day Ceremony in Middleton hosted by the American Legion.
“I’m proud to be marking this day with Tennessee veterans. Whenever I’m with the men and women who wear or have worn our nation’s uniform, I’m humbled and struck by the fact that they represent what is best about America. They are true public servants. Their bravery, their service and their sacrifices inspire me. In addition to saying ‘thank you,’ I think Veterans Day should inspire all of us to be better Americans and to work to make our country even stronger,” Corker said.
